TMZ’s Harvey Levin Lists Sunset Strip Home for $5.3 Million
Harvey Levin, the co-founder, producer and managing editor of popular entertainment website, TMZ, has listed his Hollywood Hills west home for $5.3 million.
The home is located in the prime area of Sunset Strip, which he purchased back in 1998 for around $950,000.
The double story residence is a Spanish-style home measuring around 3000 square feet that sits on a gated and fenced 0.31 acre lot.
Comprising of three bedrooms and three bathrooms, the place has marble, tiled and wooden flooring with French doors and windows, reports Los Angeles Times.
A bright entrance hall opens into a narrow loggia through the French doors.
